Important Notice: Hygiene Product

The Noson Nasal Dilator is a hygiene article that is subject to wear and tear. For hygienic and ecological reasons, we do not accept physical returns of used products Regular replacement is recommended every 6 months.

Generation 1 Policy

There are NO returns or refunds for Noson Nasal Dilators of Generation 1.

All sales of the discontinued Generation 1 model are final.

Generation 2: Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our new Noson Premium Generation 2 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a partial refund under the following strict conditions:

  • Eligibility: Only applies to Noson Premium Generation 2 products.
  • Timeframe: Claim must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  • Direct Purchase: Valid ONLY for customers who purchased directly via nosonair.com .
  • Exclusions: Purchases made through resellers or third-party platforms are excluded from this guarantee.

Refund Calculation & Deductions

Since we do not accept physical returns to minimize ecological impact, approved refunds are processed as a partial reimbursement. The following costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the purchase price:

  • - Original Shipping Costs
  • - VAT (Value Added Tax) fees
  • - Payment Provider Fees (Transaction fees)
  • - CHF 10.00 Handling & Administration Fee

Processing Time & One-Time Policy

We strive to execute refunds as quickly as possible. From our side, the initiation of the reimbursement may take up to **21 calendar days** after approval.

Please note that banks and credit card providers have their own processing times to credit the funds to your account, which are outside of our control. This external banking delay is excluded from our 21-day processing guarantee.

One-Time Claim & Abuse Prevention

The Satisfaction Guarantee can be claimed only once per customer After a successful refund claim, the customer forfeits the right to future returns or satisfaction claims for subsequent orders.

Warning: To prevent abuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to block customer accounts and refuse future service if we detect repeated refund requests or fraudulent behavior.

How to Claim

To request a partial refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee:

  2. Include your Order Number and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction (for quality assurance).
